Technology

We are a techology company focused on retail. We will use technology to disrupt traditional grocery retail and deliver a superior customer experience.

Since operations / logistics is the core of this business, we are developing proprietary tech to optimize warehouse logistics and last mile delivery. For example, order picking and delivery route optimization tech.

We developed our proprietary e-commerce platform and iPhone app in house.

The portfolio includes RedMart.com (online grocery), Coda Payments (mobile payments), and Nitrous.io (web dev tools in the cloud). Since March 2012, Golden Gate Ventures has been accredited as a Technology Incubation Scheme (TIS) incubator by Singapore’s National Research Foundation. GGV was founded by 3 former entrepreneurs. In Singapore, Jeffrey Paine ran the Founder Institute and was active as a start-up mentor and investor.
